Ten Questions on the FHFA Mortgage Lawsuits

The Federal Housing Finance Agency filed lawsuits against 17 of the world’s largest financial institutions on Friday alleging that the firms didn’t disclose the risks of mortgage bonds sold to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac as investments at the height of the housing boom.
